At the beginning of the project we establish a Mission Statement to define the Client’s goals and objectives for the project. We strive to conduct a thorough planning, design and construction process in order to ensure an enjoyable and financially successful project. In the planning phase we conduct a complete site analysis that includes: analysis of site topography, physiography, soils and potential permitting requirements. From here we begin to develop land use plans that best utilize the site attributes. Routing plans and development pods are finalized before proceeding.

Once the routing plan has been finalized, we begin design of the golf course features. The character of the golf course will begin to be defined during this phase, and we will work closely with the client to ensure that our design is fulfilling their vision. Basic concepts of playability, aesthetics, variety and environmental sensitivity are all considered during this very important phase of the design process.
