Construction Observation

Site Visits
As work on the golf course progresses, the architect will be present on site to review what has been accomplished, make any necessary adjustments in the field and meet with the owner and the golf course builder.

Pay Requests
The architect will review and process Requests for Payment from the builder to confirm the work billed has been accomplished according to the project plans and specifications.

Punch Lists
As the work nears completion, the architect will develop a list of remaining construction tasks and a time line for completion. Acting on behalf of the owner, we are watchful of critical golf course grassing dates.
