Specifications
Technical requirements are lined out in detail, as well as the responsibilities of the project owner, architect and golf course contractor. This provides a clear map of the project to achieve the goals as established in the design process. The detailed plans and specifications are used by golf course builders to create comprehensive, accurate bids.
Bidding and Negotiation
Multiple golf course builders can be chosen to bid a project, or the contract sum can be negotiated with a selected builder. After the bids are evaluated for completeness and accuracy, we assist the owner in selecting a golf course builder and reaching a construction agreement.
